'23 Black Muscat Rosé

Grapes: Grown in Palisade by Colorado Vineyard Specialists and harvested in late September. The grapes were crushed, destemmed, and cold-soaked for 3 days, then fermented on the skins for 12 days. They were then pressed and transferred to French oak barrels.

Aging: 30 months in neutral French oak.

Tasting Notes: This is a dry rosé with notes of strawberry, kiwi, and pineapple. It is super aromatic and floral.

ABV: 12.4%

Pairs with: Charcuterie, fatty cheeses, fruit salad, and vegetables.

Drink: Now through 2029.
