Grapes: A blend of reds, 31% Mourvedre, 31% Chambourcin, 15% Petite Pearl, 15% Verona, 8% Dolcetto all from Palisade, CO, harvested October 2022.

Aging: All grapes fermented separately, then blended after 1 year and matured for an additional 18 months, all in French oak—50% new and 50% neutral barrels.

Tasting Notes: Luscious with rich tannins and notes of plum and blackberry with exotic spices. 

ABV: 14.7% 

Pairs with: Red meats, tomato-based dishes, and peppery dishes.
