‘22Super Colorado Red

Grapes: A blend of reds, 31% Mourvedre, 31% Chambourcin, 15% Petite Pearl, 15% Verona, 8% Dolcetto all from Palisade CO, harvested October 2022

Aging: All grapes fermented separately then blended at 1 and matured for 18 additional months all in French oak 50% new, 50% neutral barrels. Bottled in April 2025.

Tasting Notes: luscious with rich tannins and notes of plum and blackberry with exotic spices.
