‘20 Zinfandel

Grapes: Grown by Dallas Black in Palisade and harvested in mid-October 2020. The grapes were crushed, destemmed, and cold-soaked for 5 days, then fermented for 15 days. They were then pressed and transferred to French oak barrels.

Aging: 30 months in French oak—about 50% new and 50% neutral barrels.

Tasting Notes: Ripe stone fruit aromas with luscious mouthfeel and deep fruit undertones.

ABV: 14.1%

Pairs with: Pasta with tomato sauce, mushrooms, and robust chicken dishes.

Drink: Now until 2029.
