‘20 Petite Verdot
Grapes: Grown by Colorado Vineyard Specialists in Palisade. The grapes were harvested in early October, crushed, destemmed, and cold-soaked for 6 days, then fermented for 16 days. They were then pressed and transferred to French oak barrels.
Aging: 31 months in French oak barrels—60% new and 40% neutral.
Tasting Notes: Big, bold, rich flavor with notes of caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla.
ABV: 15.2%
Pairs with: Red meats, steak, and rich mushroom dishes.
Drink: Now until 2030.
